Intelenet Global Services - Facility Management Services
IGS is a leading international inbound call center, which caters to UK and US customers. IGS started its operations in Mahape and has now extended its operations to Mindspace complex in Malad. A team of engineers is deployed at the site to solve end user problems. Also, there are dedicated Server and Network teams to take care of the backend support. A major achievement at this site was successful recovery of exchange 2000 database, which was deleted by antivirus software. Around 20000 unattended customer mails were in the database and no backup was available to restore it. These mails were business critical and of utmost importance to IGS.

3 Global Services – Facility Management Services
3GS is again a leading international captive call center which caters to UK and Australia customers for their 3rd generation mobile services. The FM activity was started with 1100 users, 700 desktops. Now there are 4000+ users, 2700 desktops. A wide range of support tools are available to monitor the 3GS network. HP OpenView (includes OVOW, NNM, Service Desk and Data Protector), Altiris, McAfee ePO, Antigen, MimeSweeper, HPSIM are some of the tools used to monitor and support 3GS network. Major achievements in this project are implementation of HP OpenView ServiceDesk, HP OpenView Data Protector, redesigning of Windows 2000 Active Directory and Exchange 2000 setup without any downtimes and affecting the users.

Bank of India
Bank of India is one of the leading government sectors banking institution spread across every corner of our country. Bank of India has chosen HP India as its strategic partners for its IT infrastructure support. The new data center at Belapur, New Mumbai was completely setup by engineers from Aargee Systems. This includes installation of servers and storage devices.

Reserve Bank of India
RBI is the government sectors banking institution which governs all financial institutions in India. The setup is spread across 8 locations in Mumbai where each location has a dedicated Windows 2000 Domain Controller and Exchange 2000 server. Out of these 8, 6 locations has exchange 2000 on cluster and 3 locations has ISA proxy. There is also a centralized helpdesk which supports all RBI branches across India for hardware problems, and support for Windows 2000 OS, Clusters, MS Exchange 2000, Oracle and IBM message queuing series.

Bank of Maharashtra
Bank of Maharashtra is one of the leading regional government sectors banking institution spread across every corner of our state. The infrastructure is spread across 40 locations in Mumbai which has 1 server and 10 desktops each. Also each location has passbook printers and heavy duty dot matrix printers installed and supported by Aargee. These servers run either on Novell 4.22 or SCO unix 5.0.6, also at 4 locations Exchange SBS 2000 is installed on MS Windows 2000.

Citi Bank
Citi Bank is one of the leading private sector financial institutions. The setup consists of 80 server, which include cluster servers, blade servers, storage devices and backup libraries. A dedicated support engineer is available on the site for Windows OS and hardware support.
